- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ cup oatmeal
Prepare the oatmeal according to instructions. Mash the avocado with a fork and combine with oatmeal. Apply to skin, keep on for 10–15 minutes, and then rinse off with lukewarm water.
2. Avocado + Honey For Acne

Beat the Egg White till frost forms and mash the Avocado pulp. Add both these with one teaspoon of Lemon juice. Apply this thick layer on your face and allow it to dry for 15 to 20 minutes

- 1/4 avocado
- a few drops of lemon
Squeeze half a lemon into the bowl containing the avocado. Stir the lemon and avocado together using a fork or spoon. Leave the face mask on your face for approximately 15 minutes.
5. Avocado + Yoghurt For Smooth Skin

- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix it with plain organic yoghurt and honey. Stir them well until you get a paste of uniform consistency. Apply the mask onto your skin for 10-15 minutes or until it dries out. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
